How do you process my order?
Your order is collected and received by us using a secure encrypted connection for safety. Once received, we will review and process your order for shipping, calculate the total to include appropriate taxes and shipping changes and then contact you for confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped via your specified carrier.

How do I add things to my cart?
Adding items to your cart is very simple, first, select a product category then browse that page until you find what you're looking for and click on the link beside the picture to get more information. If you'd like to add that product to your cart, simply enter the quantity you would like and click the 'Add to Cart' button, that's it!

How do I remove things from my cart?
It's easy to remove things you've changed your mind about from your cart. At the top of each product page you'll find a 'view cart' icon, simply click on that to open a full display of what you've got inside your basket. Down the right side of that page you'll see a shopping cart icon with a red arrow pointing out of it. Simply click that button and that product will automatically be removed from your cart. You'll then see a revised list of the items remaining.

How do I see what is in my cart?
At the top of each product page you'll find a 'view cart' icon, simply click on that to open a full display of what you've got inside your cart basket.

How do I change the quantity of an item I have selected?
Changing the quantity of a selected item is very easy. Simply click on the 'view cart' button located at the top of each product page, locate the item you wish to change and 'left-mouse click' in the quantity field. Change the quantity to the desired amount and hit the 'enter' key on your keyboard to update the page.

I have added things to my basket, but I cannot 'checkout', why?
The only reasons you wouldn’t be able to ‘checkout’ is that you have entered your credit card number incorrectly or your computer is set to ‘Do Not Accept Cookies’. To accept ‘Cookies’ on your computer, click here and follow the instructions for the browser version you are using.

Activating ‘Accept Cookies’ on your Computer

Internet Explorer 6.0 for Windows:
Click 'Start' menu from Desktop.
Point to 'Settings'.
Click 'Control Panel'.
Click the 'Internet Options' icon.
Select the 'Privacy' tab.
Move the 'Privacy' settings slider to Medium.
Click 'OK'.
Close 'Control Panel'.

Internet Explorer 5.X and AOL 7.0/6.0/5.0 for Windows:
Click 'Start' menu from Desktop.
Point to 'Settings'.
Click 'Control Panel'.
Click the 'Internet Options' icon.
Select the 'Security' tab.
Click the 'Internet' icon.
Click 'Custom Level'.
Scroll down until you see 'Cookies'.
Select 'Enable' under 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer'.
Select 'Enable' under 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.
Click 'OK', and click 'OK' again.
Close the ‘Control Panel.’

Internet Explorer 4.X and AOL 4.0 for Windows:
Click 'Start' menu from Desktop.
Point to 'Settings'.
Click 'Control Panel'.
Click the 'Internet' icon.
Select the 'Advanced' tab.
Scroll down until you see 'Cookies'.
Select 'Always accept cookies'.
Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'.
Then close the 'Control Panel.'

Internet Explorer for Macintosh:
Click the 'Edit' menu.
Click 'Preferences'.
On the left margin, click 'Cookies' under 'Receiving Files'.
Next to 'When receiving cookies:’, select 'Never Ask'.
Click 'OK'.

AOL for Macintosh:
Click the 'My AOL' menu.
Click 'Preferences'.
Click the 'WWW' icon.
Click 'Advanced Settings'.
On the left margin, click 'Cookies' under 'Receiving Files'.
Next to 'When receiving cookies:', select 'Never Ask'.
Click 'OK' and click 'OK' again.

Netscape 6.X:
Click the 'Edit' menu.
Click 'Preferences'.
On the 'Categories' list, click 'Cookies' below the 'Advanced' option.
Select 'Accept all cookies'.
Click OK.

Netscape 4.X:
Click the 'Edit' menu.
Click 'Preferences'.
On the 'Categories' list, click 'Advanced'.
Select 'Accept all cookies'.
Click OK.
